The things produced when my time is occupied for once

This summer i've spent a lot of time making things out of felt. Generally I start my morning lazing around on the couch but later when I go on the internet I find these little things made out of felt that really inspire me. I don't tend to use a tutorial, I just kinda look at the picture and imagine how it's made and once I start making I can edit the designs a little. So here are some things I have made during the time when i'm not bored.

I made the bag because I'd made this pouch ages ago and it was pretty badly done so I undid all the stitches and made that bag instead. I use it to put all the little pieces of felt and random things in. The flowers go in the bag too. As you can see, I only had one colour of felt then.

After that first little tester with the felt bag, I managed to persuade my dad to take me to buy more felt. I got white, cream, red and green felt sheets (A4 size) and so I made these little mario mushrooms after getting inspired by playing mario kart 7 on my brother's 3ds. These mushrooms are one of mario world's many characters, and since my brothers are so obsessed with mario, I gave these to them. The red one's for the smallest and the green one's for the older one.
Next I made these bookmarks, each taking a day to make. I like using the red heart one better but I think the cat and the fish one is cute (i'm a cat obsessed girl).

After running out of small felt ideas, I saw that my ipod shuffle was sitting in random pouches I bought from Pakistan last summer, with my ear phones all squished and looking ready-to-break. I searched on google images for ipod shuffle felt cases and found something similar to the first image, except that picture was neater and taken with a better camera. I edited the design a little because the picture I used was for a longer ipod shuffle and mine is just a first generation one, so I had to make mine less-wide. I also attached a strap on the back and made something like a button so i can easily wrap my earphones around and not tangle them or have them un-wrapped. I have also made a little hole for earphones and the buttons on top.
And finally I made this yesterday. It's a case for an ipod shuffle 6th generation, mario style. It's green with white dots so it can be like the green mario mushroom, and has a cream face which acts like a button for wrapping the earphones around like the ipod shuffle case above. I made it for my brother because he doesn't really have a case and i'm paranoid he's going to gt scratches on it and the earphones will break. Just like the ipod shuffle case, this one also has a hole for the headphones and it also has a hole at the bottom for it to charge.

Anyway, that's all for now.
